On April 21st, Platon Lebedev made a statement to the Khamovnichesky District Court and the "sham" prosecutors on the essence of the charges against him. He explains his rationale for stating that he, along with Mikhail Khodorkovsky, does not understand the charges - describing them as "a forgery".
